This time I made the picture a bit more stylised and I have to admit, I really like the idea of these two having been friends during childhood that reunited later on (and this picture still reminds me of Cardcaptor Sakura....)
I imagine this one taking place shortly before Applejack's cutecenera with Rarity having volunteered to make a dress for her to wear on the occasion and Applejack trying to be a good sport about having to wear the finished product (and in all likelihood knowing that there is no avoiding it even if she tries, especially since Rarity now has her seamstress cutie mark)
